HOW WE WORK

  • • Make contact with us via our contact us form or phone number.

    • Upon contact we will discuss the type of property, location and needs.

    • An appointment will be made to view the property .

  • • We will meet at the prospective property on an arranged day and time.

    • We will conduct a walk through the property and talk through the needs of each room and space.

    • During this process we will make suggestions and go through key areas to focus on, best features to bring forward and address pain points assisting in solving these aspects.

  • • Kin Interiors will work through all the requirements and come up with the theme/storyboard.

    • Send an itemised quote - install, furnishings and accessories - and removal *if you require pre property viewing styling this is quoted on a case by case basis at an additional fee.

    • Once the quote is approved and paid, the dates are secured (according to the marketing timelines of the sale of property).

  • • Install - timelines are estimated at the time of approved quote final touches ready for sale.

    • Removal - arranged at time of approved quote.
